Who We Are
Scruffs no more, Grooming for Dogs opened its doors in July 2025, the salon is based in Kirby Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire. My aim is to provide a calm, relaxed, one to one experience for your dog. As well as gaining your trust that your dog will receive the care, attention, and kindness they deserve. I trained at Bentleys Academy in Petersfield and later refined my skills at Bentleys in Chichester, working alongside expert stylists.

Just individual, professional care with plenty of reassurance.

Experienced in Competition Grooming (including “Style to Rescue” – a grooming competition for rescue dogs)
We welcome all breeds, large and small, and tailor every groom to the individual dog’s needs. Each appointment includes a general health check, and any issues noticed with skin, coat, nails, or general wellbeing are communicated to the owner.

At Scruffs No More, your dog’s welfare is always our top priority. Whether they love the grooming process or feel a little nervous, we adapt our approach to ensure they feel safe and secure-offering extra time, gentle handling, and plenty of cuddles when needed.
We continuously update our skills and keep on top of the latest grooming techniques, using only premium, pet-safe products suitable for different coat types and skin sensitivities.
From Puppies to Pros
We specialise in introducing puppies to the grooming experience in a calm and positive way through our Meet & Greet and Puppy Pamper packages. It’s all about building trust early on, making future appointments easier and stress-free.
